Suppose I’m starting my own network marketing company, what’s the different ‘angle’ I would take to grow our company the fastest way possible. For example, the Magnetic Sponsoring way is a great way and our distributors will employ that method fully. However, that takes time. Is there a faster way you might suggest, coming from the perspective ‘we are the company’, how do we build that pipeline quickly? Is there any other alternative? Anyway, I thought this was a really unique question this morning that peaked my interest…
Why?
Because it offers all of us an opportunity to stand back from ourselves, and to look at the market and the industry as a whole from a completely different perspective, which often results in epiphanies and insights that can have a radical effect on your business.
So… Here you are. You’re now the owner of a brand new MLM company. You’re the Big Dog, the Top Cheese, the Head Honcho.
You’ve been tasked with building the company’s distributor base… FAST!
What do you do?
Do you create a slick new marketing campaign with a replicated website, audio CD’s, DVD movies, post cards, or brochures that you can get out into the marketing and in the hands of new reps?
Seems like the logical thing to do right?
Well in my opinion, that would be the wrong path to take.
Company owners have to do one thing to kick-start their company…
Recruit existing leaders who have contacts, relationships, and marketing skills.
Leadership in the field will make or break any network marketing company because THEY are the ones with real influence and power when it comes to the distributor masses.
THEY are the people who will develop the replicated marketing websites and tools to use.
THEY will do the advertising and get the word out better than you ever could alone.
You could spend months developing marketing systems and tools, and you’ll have to have at bare-minimum, a nice replicated site with an opportunity/product presentation, but once leaders start to find the opportunity, they’ll do what they always do… Develop their own tools and systems.
So your job as the company owner is to seek out and build relationships with existing MLM Leaders.
And by the way… Your job’s no different if you’re just a distributor! (But you already know this and how to execute this strategy if you’ve read Magnetic Sponsoring).
Your next job is to set up and coordinate a massive company launch, complete with a count-down timer, “founder’s bonuses”, etc…
The launch of the company must be an EVENT filled with anticipation and buzz or you’re not going to get the exposure you need to gain momentum in the market place.
Now a supplemental activity that can provide you a lot of exposure quickly, is to get some great direct response capture pages and websites out onto the CPA networks.
This will allow you to get your products and opportunity in front of MILLIONS of people within weeks or even days.
If you don’t know what a CPA network is or how they work, you can learn how to use them in the MLMTrafficFormula course. Basically, this is what lead companies use to generate 10,000 to 20,000 leads per DAY.
Now the ultimate goal of a network marketing company is to create a massive group of product customers.
We’ve talked about this in past issued before, but the best way to do that is to do the following:
Create a marketing system that sells your products to consumers. This system makes it really easy for distributors to acquire new product customers.
Market that SYSTEM to other network marketers.
That’s it. That’s the magic formula that’s worth $1,000,000’s to you and I just let the cat out of the bag for you here once again for free.
