The Magic Formula For Success – Part 2 ‘Right Time’

In the past, the Network Marketing industry has been ‘ridiculed’ and ‘violently opposed’, only to see that the industry grew and grew. With millions of people involved and almost reaching a trillion in sales, it is safe to say that there is sufficient evidence that network marketing’s method of distributing products to customers is working and can make money to give sound financial opportunity for individuals.
Despite that, you may still hear a high failure rate of new people joining Network Marketing. However, the problem is less focused on the companies failing at Growth Stage. The problems are more associated with the many reasons of individuals who joined the business with expectations of making money fast and did not. At Shakeout stage, every good Network company has already placed its strategies for global expansion success, differentiate and increase its product lines, and enhance its high tech marketing tools to raise its distributors’ productivity levels.
Starting in the late 1990’s, there was a noticeable change in the mindset within the Network Marketing industry. Instead of primarily promoting their business on the potential of new markets for their products, more and more leaders are looking for PROVEN SUCCESS of their business. Promotion based on success is more exciting and real to people than based solely on potential of the business.
In the past, every new company had a power to excite a market based on their ‘ground work opportunity or potential of the business’. Nowadays, those new companies have much harder times to prove success. That is why the number of new companies being launched is dropping and established companies have moved to consolidate the successful parts of their businesses to make more unique and better products. Strong companies get stronger at Shakeout boom. Thus if you want to get involved and exploit the Shakeout boom, you need to be involved with a Strong company. Usana Health Science is one of them.
How do you know the timing is right for the Network Marketing boom?
There are a few growth factors that when they are in place will take Network Marketing to the next level. The factors are:
1. They have established durable successful marketing and distribution systems
2. There are sufficient numbers of people to support direct selling.
3. Government and several regulatory bodies have established strong laws to prosecute unlawful operators and to protect consumers.
4. This industry has been given a positive media image. Network Marketing companies now pride themselves on their level of ethics.
5. Incredible overseas success in their expansion.
6. The increasing use of latest new communications technology such as teleconferencing, web conferencing, internet, mobile phone, communication on the net is driving Network Marketing to be more efficient and thus accelerate growth.
7. Global integration. More and more countries are open to work and trade with each other making success stories to easily spread to aspire potential networkers.
8. Big companies such as Motorola, Sony, Gillette, IBM, Colgate-Palmolive, Microsoft, Compaq and other high profile multi-nationals are already involved with direct selling. Their presence adds credibility and power to the industry.
9. Network Marketing industry did very well in the past recession and I believe it will do again in the midst of the current world recession.
All of the above are now in place for Network Marketing to boom to the next level. Anyone involved in Network Marketing can be certain that they truly are in the “Right Place and at the Right Time’.
Lastly but not the least, one of the major benefits of Network Marketing is by far the Personal Development and Relationship gains to its participants.
If we could replace most people’s income from their current job and give them the freedom to earn more if they want to, work from home, spend more quality time with their family, increase their social life, reduce their stress, increase holidays travel and feel better about themselves, everyone would consider joining. Most people don’t care about making great fortunes. They are more interested in enjoying life. Network Marketing business can give them an extra paycheck week after week.
The personal development side of Network Marketing helps people to gain such confidence and self esteem to make better decisions which will improve their lifestyle and those lives around them. As a person’s belief in themselves grows, they can change for the better. No other industry does this better on the scale of Network Marketing.

I saw him at a holiday party again last night and asked how the liquid vitamin business was going. USD91,800 is the average yearly income for an established, full-time USANA Associate (Gold Director and above). USD23,225 is the annual average of those who earned as little as one commission check each month. Surveys show that 83% of all Associates self-report they joined USANA to “improve their health.” Of those remaining, 21% earned a check at least once a month even though 56% reported they were not joining to “replace their full-time income.” Of those that were, 41% have been Associates for at least one year and 56% are considered full time with the title of Gold Director or above.
