The Fine Art Of Letting Go -> Let The Law of Attraction Works for You

Letting go of what we want the most is one of the hardest things to do in life and it becomes much more difficult when we try to consciously apply the Law of Attraction. However, letting go is a requisite we must learn for our desires to become a reality not eventually, but rather fast.
The reason most people don’t do this, is because quite frankly, it sounds contradictory. I mean, how can we let go of something we want so badly? It reminds me of a saying in Spanish that goes something like this… “If you love her, let her go. If she comes back, it’ll mean she has always been yours”
Romantic to say the least, but very hard to do from the “human” standpoint. By nature, we humans get attached to what we cherish the most. Can you name this feeling? How about LOVE? The same chemicals that cause this feeling are involved when we hold on to our desires within our minds. Here is an example of this…
Let’s say I want to visit Hawaii. I’ve been wanting this for the longest time, but I’ve got no money to make this trip a reality.
I continuously day-dream of taking this trip, and I even see myself relaxing on the Hawaiian sunny beaches while enjoying a cold drink…
Wait a minute! Isn’t that called visualization? Aren’t we supposed to be visualizing our dreams to make the Law work for us?
Yes. That is exactly what we must do, but it is a bit more complex than that. Bare with me for a few more lines…

You see, when we first desire something, we must be very aware of the underlying feeling. In other words, where does the feeling of wanting something comes from?
Let’s continue with the above example…
Do I want to visit Hawaii because I desperately need a vacation since I haven’t had one for the past five years or because I have heard that Hawaii is a wonderful place to vacation at and would like to see it?
There are two important points in this.
First, if you are like most people, by the time you realize you want something badly, you are in a desperate and needy state which initiates the desire from a position of lack of “it”. This feeling may not be apparent when you first want something, but it is important to explore this and be honest to determine where the desire is coming from.
If you discover that your desire comes from “need”, understand that your ability to manifest your dream will be based on struggle instead of ease. This is because your desire itself and the underlying feeling are in conflict… are you following me?
And this is when letting go becomes difficult, as we are “wanting”
based on the primary feeling of lack (i.e. I don’t have the time, or the money or whatever to visit Hawaii) so you end up attracting the feeling of lack and the trip (or whatever it is that you want) has a slim to zero chance to become a reality.
No wonder so many say the Law of Attraction doesn’t work!
Which brings me to the second point… how to solve this dilemma.
Here is how… by stating our wish clearly as we want it while being content with our present situation regardless.
If you do this, letting go becomes easy. You are not attached to the outcome, meaning if it becomes a reality, you’re happy; and if it doesn’t, you are happy too.
And would you believe me if I told you that when you let go and become detached is when things really start happening? Is like getting out of the Universe’s way, really!
In my example above, if I’d like a vacation in Hawaii, I can visualize my vacation in Hawaii while at the same time being happy for what surrounds me. Yes, I haven’t taken a vacation in a long time and that is a fact. But I also must be able to feel happy and grateful for what I have now… my health, my job, my family, my friends, and the mere ability to dream BIG!
When you can master being happy in your “here and now” -with your present situation whatever it may be- you are more able to feel abundant with what it is that you already have.
As a result, you let go of needy wants with ease. Your signal of gratitude takes over and as your vibration raises, it won’t allow for the feeling of scarcity to take over.
You become open to possibilities and soon, “coincidences” will start happening in your life. And these will most likely guide you towards the manifestation of your dreams… or something better.
This is what many call “Miracles” and that is exactly what they are!
